Medical device for infant eczema and atopic dermatitis

Hypoallergenic treatment based on Hyaluronic acid and a patented compound of Ceramides and Trehalose with a moisturizing and protective action.

It restores the hydrolipidic film, reconstituting the protective skin barrier structure and ensuring a physiological level of hydration.

It is enriched with emollient and natural ingredients able to protect and soothe irritated skin, helping to relieve itching and burning, counteract skin rashes and reduce scratch sensation.

Indications

Atopic dermatitis, infant eczema.

Suitable in case of severe dryness (xerosis), hyper-reactive, intolerant and sensitive skins.

Efficacy tests

In vitro test:
barrier effect: -17% IL-α

Clinical test performed on 20 volunteers with atopic and very dry skin (xerosis), after 4 weeks of treatment, applied on the forearm, twice a day.
Results:

  • Statistically significant increase in skin hydration: + 69.5%   
  • Statistically significant decrease in Trans Epidermal Water Loss: - 26.5%

Ingredients

  • Hyaluronic acid: hydrophilic and film-forming molecule that captures and retains water in the skin outer layers. A fundamental component of the connective tissue, essential in tissue reapair processes. 
  • Tri-Solve P : patented compound based on ceramides and a natural disaccharide (trehalose) with moisturizing and skin repairing activity to foster the reduction of Trans Epidermal Water Loss (TEWL).
  • Leniphenol: patented combination of three balanced polyphenols, it matches outstanding antioxidant and soothing properties for sensitive skins.
  • Shea butter, Jojoba Oil and Sweet Almond Oil: a combination of highly nourishing oils and butters to soften and deeply restructure the skin.
  • Vitamin E: high moisturizing and antioxidant power able to counteract skin damage and inflammation.
  • Bisabolol: soothing activity for an antireddening effect.
  • Avenolat: oat derived lipids and proteins with soothing, emollient and moisturizing properties.

Application

Apply a thin film to the affected areas and massage until completely absorbed. Use 2 times a day on clean skin for 4 weeks
